What is Dash Town?
Here’s what the all-new Dash Town looks like on the Singtel Dash app. Quite chio right?
Dash Town is a festive wonderland filled with games and prizes each time you play. Each day when you check in to Dash Town, you can shake the “snow globe” to win a prize (I just won 500 Dash reward points!) — and you can get more prizes just by completing the various missions.
On top of the sure-win prizes, Singtel Dash will add attractive gifts into the prize pool each day as we count down the 12 days of Christmas.
How do I get to Dash Town?
To get to Dash Town, you’ll need to first download the Singtel Dash app — or, if you already have it, update your app to the latest version.
Don’t have Singtel Dash yet? It’s super easy to sign up.
Simply download Singtel Dash from the App Store or Google Play, and follow the instructions to sign up for an account. You’ll need a valid Singapore-registered mobile number and an identification number (NRIC, FIN, Employment Pass, or Work Permit).
You don’t have to be a Singtel user; Singtel Dash is open to anyone on ANY telco! However, a note for the young ’uns: You need to be at least 14 years old to get an account. Sorry, kiddos.
Once you’re all set with your updated app and account, just go ahead and tap on that big banner on the home screen to get whisked away to Dash Town.
Here are 3 tips for making the most out of Dash Town.
Tip 1: Check-ins are key
The very first time you tap on the Dash Town banner on the app homepage and successfully check into Dash Town, you’ll receive 1 free play for a sure-win prize.
Want more tries? Then check in to Dash Town daily for at least 5 days by 4 January 2022 to get another chance to win a sure-win prize. In addition, look out for limited time only missions that allow you to earn additional free plays on Dash Town — that means MORE prizes!
The clock resets at midnight so if you’re a night owl, you’ll have no problem. Otherwise, be sure to set your alarm and check into Dash Town first thing in the morning. You snooze, you lose~
Tip 2: Use Dash for your everyday transactions
Singtel Dash is a mobile wallet that can be used for payments almost anywhere in Singapore. You can scan and pay with Singtel Dash anytime you see an SGQR code at a hawker centre, food court, supermarket, convenience store, and other retailers.
Alternatively, connect your Dash account to your mobile contactless payment app and tap to pay wherever Visa payWave is accepted. You’ll need a compatible iOS or NFC-enabled Android phone for this.
You can even use Dash to pay for online shopping. All you need to do is copy and paste your 16-digit Dash Visa Virtual Card number at checkout.
The best thing is, every time you use the Dash app to make payment on your everyday transactions, you can score more chances to play in Dash Town! Every transaction of at least $10 lets you earn another chance to shake the Dash Town snow globe. Some exclusions apply.

Tip 3: Give & you shall receive

You’ll need to register for the remittance service through the app by taking a selfie first, but after that, you’re on your way to sending cash to your loved ones through your phone at your convenience.

If you have a Singtel prepaid SIM card, you can top up your way to more chances to play. Each top-up of at least $20 on the Singtel hi! Prepaid SIM Card or $10 on the International Prepaid Card comes with another chance to win a sure-win prize on Dash Town.
