24. Mum dines free at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung with OCBC
Alvin Leung is apparently known as the Demon Chef, because of his iconic blue hairstyle and tattoos. This Mother’s Day—for one day only!—he’s prepared a special brunch menu to indulge mum. Expect a foie gras live station, crackling pork belly, wagyu beef hanging tender, roasted goose, and chilli mud crab.
Food aside, mum will also be pampered with live entertainment, a complimentary DIY flower arrangement workshop, a chocolate bark jar, and family polaroid to remember her special day.
Prices start at $178++ per person with free flow Telmont Brut Reserved NV for the second seating (from 2.30pm to 4.30pm), $198++ per person with free flow Telmont Brut Reserved NV for the first seating (from 12pm to 2pm). That’s pretty steep, but mum dines free with every 3 paying adults for 14 May’s Sunday brunch and ala carte dinner (6pm to 10.30pm) if you use an OCBC credit or debit card.
