This Christmas, MoneySmart is answering one of the most common questions customers ask—“Where’s my reward?”—in a way few would expect.
Instead of responding with another email or notification, MoneySmart took the question offline, literally. Disguised as Santa Claus, MoneySmart’s CEO, Vinod Nair, went door to door to personally deliver rewards to customers across Singapore.

Santa’s new job: Delivering MoneySmart rewards
The video is part of MoneySmart’s year-end Christmas celebration and was inspired by real customer interactions—where questions about reward timelines are among the most common.
Rather than focusing on explanations or processes, MoneySmart chose to respond in a more personal way. In the video, Vin, CEO of MoneySmart, dons a full Santa suit and personally delivers rewards that customers earned through the MoneySmart platform.
Accompanied by elves, a sack of gifts, and plenty of festive cheer, the team surprised existing customers at their doorsteps with their rewards—along with a goodie bag and a mystery gift, including a Nintendo Switch Lite.
More than a festive surprise
While playful in execution, the Christmas video reflects MoneySmart’s approach to customer experience: showing up, following through, and turning what is often a transactional rewards experience into a memorable, human moment.
For Vin, stepping into the role of Santa was a personal one. The surprise visits allowed him to thank customers face to face and better understand their experiences firsthand. Along the way, the team also discovered an unexpected fun fact: beneath the Santa suit, MoneySmart’s CEO is an EDM and hard rock fan.
