Marina Square, Raffles City or Suntec City – Which Has The Cheapest Parking in City Hall?

Certain malls in Singapore function more as places for tired office workers to decompress after work than a fun location to spend your weekends. Take Marina Square, Raffles City and Suntec City, for example, which are filled with people in G2000 clothes after 6pm.

It’s nice to be able to get your Din Tai Fung fix or gulp down a few cold beers within 10 minutes of leaving your office. But of course, it’d be nicer to be able to do so without paying a fortune in parking charges. This article compiles the parking rates of all 3 popular buildings in the City Hall area, plus other places you can park for cheap nearby.

 

Marina Square parking rates 2018

7am to 5pm	$2.20 for first 2 hours / $1.10 per 30 min thereafter	$2.40 for first 2 hours / $1.20 for next 2 hours / $1.40 per 30 min thereafter

Parking is plentiful at sprawling Marina Square, plus the location makes it easy to walk to nearby places like the Esplanade (where parking can cost freaking $6.50 per entry!!!). However, what you’ll want to watch out for are the late-night parking rates, if you’re there to party at Bang Bang.

 

Suntec City parking rates 2018

Just across the street is Suntec City which also has a massive car park. This is a much better choice for weekday late-night parking as the fee is just a flat $2.20 per entry all night… but good luck hunting for your car if you’ve had one too many. (Seriously though, don’t drink and drive.)

On weekends, Suntec City is a good place to park your car for hours as long as you enter after 5pm. Go ahead and watch movies, go bowling, eat steamboat and stay out as late as you want because the parking rate is just $2.80 all night.

 

Raffles City parking rates 2018

8am to 5:59pm	$2.20 for first hour / $0.55 per 30 min thereafter	$2.20 for first hour / $0.40 per 15 min thereafter / $0.60 per 15 min from 5th hour onwards

Over at Raffles City, parking doesn’t come cheap. Weekday parking before 6pm is slightly cheaper, but going there for dinner or drinks is pricier. It’s rather expensive on weekends as well.
